When this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to HB Mobile Trading FZ LLC, the operator of the website and the party responsible for your returns and refunds under this policy.
Customer
“Customer” means the person or business who places an order with HB Mobile.
Device
Any internet-connected electronic device such as a phone, tablet, laptop or similar device.
Service & Website
“Service” refers to services provided by HB Mobile; “Website” refers to hbmobile.asiandokan.com.
Return policy
Thanks for shopping with HB Mobile. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The following rules apply to returns:
When can you return an item?
- The item delivered is incorrect (wrong model or SKU) — the product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
- The item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the description on our website.
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in original condition and packaging (see fees below).
Change of mind returns — fees & conditions
If you return a product for a change of mind within 10 days and the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, we will process a refund. We may deduct an operational fee to cover handling and restocking. The fee can range between 0% and 20% of the item price plus any applicable return shipping fees (up to AED 150).
Opened packaging
If the packaging has been opened but the product remains unused and shows no visible scratches or marks, a 20% deduction of the item price may apply in addition to return shipping charges (up to AED 150) when processing an exchange or refund.
Items not accepted for return
- Products that are intentionally damaged, modified, or tampered with after delivery.
- Products without the original serial numbers, accessories, or original packaging (unless damaged in transit).
- Items purchased from third-party resellers or marketplace sellers — check the seller’s return policy.
Preparing a return
Before returning a device, please:
- Create a backup of your data and remove any personal information.
- Disable Find My iPhone / Activation Lock (or equivalent) and remove device passcodes.
- Include all original accessories, chargers and packaging.
Note: Personal data and files on returned devices are the customer’s responsibility. HB Mobile may not accept returns for devices that still contain active locks or personal data.
Refunds
We carefully inspect all returned products. If your return meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer for COD orders.
When we may cancel or refund an order
We may cancel or refund an order if:
- The product is out of stock after your order is placed.
- There is a pricing or product description error that affects the order.
- We detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
How refunds are processed
- Online payments: refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, wallet, etc.). Processing times depend on your bank—typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds for COD orders are issued by bank transfer—please allow additional time for verification and processing.
You will receive a notification once your refund has been issued. If you have not received the refund after the expected period, contact support at support@hbmobile.com.
Shipping & return shipping costs
All shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated (e.g., we accept the return because we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective).
If an item was delivered damaged or incorrect, HB Mobile will provide instructions for a prepaid return or collection where applicable. For change-of-mind returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost (up to AED 150 may apply).
HB Mobile is not responsible for damage incurred during the return shipment if the package is not properly packaged. Choose a tracked and insured courier where practical.
Claims & warranty handling
If your product is defective or covered under warranty, please visit our Claims page to raise a claim and follow the instructions. You will be asked for proof of purchase and may be required to send the product to our service center for inspection.
Warranty assessments
Our technicians will assess the device and determine whether the issue is covered by warranty. If covered, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs typically void warranty coverage.
Timeframes
Warranty claim assessments and repairs depend on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. HB Mobile will keep you informed of estimated timelines once your claim is submitted.
Limitations & disclaimers
HB Mobile is not liable for loss of data, or costs associated with restoring data. Customers are responsible for backing up data before returning devices. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.
We reserve the right to amend these return and refund terms and to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
