Return and Refund Policy

You can return a product if it was delivered incorrectly or is damaged compared to what was listed on our website. A 10-day return period applies for change-of-mind reasons, provided the product is unused and in original packaging. A 10% operational fee may be deducted.

The warranty covers eligible products for one year from the date of delivery, excluding misuse or accidental damage.

Extended Warranty

Our extended warranty extends coverage for an additional year, including limited coverage for accidental damage up to AED 1500.

Governing Law
